Robert Reeves is a practicing trial lawyer with over 25 years experience in both civil and criminal courts representing clients. Consequently, any DWI attorney who is serious about this complicated area of criminal law should be certified and learn how the police investigate and prepare cases for arrest and trial. Accordingly, Mr. Reeves has successfully completed the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) training courses including DWI Investigation and Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) as well as Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE). This is the same training provided to law enforcement officers. Mr. Reeves knows the same procedures the police are required to follow. As a result, he is able to review whether roadside testing was administered properly.
